Belmont Shelter provides this "Vacancies" database for use by apartment seekers who have a Section 8 Voucher. You may use the database even if you don't have a voucher, but keep in mind that you must be able to pay the entire rent.

The landlords in the database have expressed an interest in renting to tenants who have rental assistance. We are not recommending that you rent any particular unit. Rather we are letting you know that these opportunities exist.
