Michael D. Olear
Michael Olear has been a full time realtor in Western New York since 1987. His real estate practice has touched over one thousand families in that time frame. His primary focus is owner occupied real estate including new construction, first time home buyers and multiple transaction situations. He has also developed a specialty service to help meet the special needs of the elderly and their caregivers.

Professional and Community Activities
Mr. Olear has served on the Risk Reduction Committee of the Greater Buffalo Association of Realtors. He has also been involved as a volunteer in both the cub scout and boy scout programs since 1996 serving both as committee chair and cubmaster. He is actively involved in his church and recently directed a successful fund raising campaign to improve the physical plant and make the church accessible. He has also served in the capacity of senior deacon. He is a past board member for the Young at Heart Program and is currently involved in the UB School of Management through the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
