Bio on Paul Winterhalter:
My name is Paul Winterhalter, Lending Consultant for Citimortgage. I have been originating mortgages for the last nine years and have closed almost 2000 loans totaling over $200 million. From first time homebuyers to multi-unit investors, I can help.
My experience in the banker, broker, correspondent, and retail markets enables me to offer our clients a wide array of lending options and expertise. Citimortgage is currently the worlds 5th largest mortgage institution and is looking to move up in the rankings. We have products and programs for almost everyone.
