• Create movement at the front door such as a wind chime, flag
• Have something red greeting people as they enter a house such as red roses, artwork with bold red tones or a chunky red candle. This creates the excitement factor.
• Scent- pleasing scents such as vanilla or cinnamon a good. If you are inclined to bake a pie or cookies before a showing great! Otherwise scented candles work great. Watch out for pet odors. They can squash a deal.
