Meditation Class to help to increase flow of energy
We will learn how to meditate to live a happier and more balanced life.
We will practice different meditations including:
- calm abiding meditation for relaxation and concentration,
- insight meditation of luminous clarity (vipassana) for entering deep transcendental wisdom,
- sound chakra meditation for balancing body and mind, and to increase flow of energy,
- heart meditation for cultivating and increasing compassion and happiness.
We will explore together and share our experiences. We will support one another in applying learned skills in everyday life.
Tomasz Matraszek has been studying and practicing different healing arts and meditations for over a decade with many teachers of different traditions. He learned Chi Gong healing and meditation arts from Master Lin Yao. Tomasz received extensive Buddhist teachings from many Tibetan Masters and has been practicing eastern meditations under guidance of Tibetan Yogi and Master Garchen Rinpoche
