Healing Energies - Meditation for Beginners CODE: F094-1 Stilling the Minds Chatter, finding a Path to Tranquility. Learn some techniques which you can practice by yourself. Each session we will not only talk about meditation but actually end by meditating. At the beginning we will introduce the Chakras System, Crystals, Pendulumns, Angels and Reiki. We will introduce guided meditation, visualization.
