We will cover the basics of working with different types of totems and spirit helpers (plant, animal and mineral). We will also learn why some totems are with us for just a short time and why some are with us for life. Followed by a guided meditation using specific crystals (provided to you for the class) where we will explore each of the chakras, listening to them and bringing healing energies into them for cleansing and clearing.
