Basic fitness center membership available at no additional cost to the premium. Available only to our Medicare Advantage plan members. Independent Health’s Medicare Advantage plans, such as Encompass 65 and Medicare Encompass, are offered to Medicare beneficiaries with Parts A and B of Medicare.
