parts of your body. Focus on filling and emptying the lungs
completely.
8. Rest your hands in your lap and continue this breathing pattern for
several minutes.
There are many different Pranayama techniques used in Kripalu Yoga
For example:
Ujjayi - The ocean sounding breath a meditative and southing breath
Kapalabhati - A vigorous pranayama that releases tension in the
abdomen,
Alternate Nostril Kapalabltati - Kapalabbati through one nostril at a
time alternating left and right
Nadi Shodhana - A meditative relaxing Pranayama using breath
channeled through alternate nostrils.
