Lester Robinson of the Northwoods Agency and his guests will be Nechelle Vanias of First Lady Holdings, and Diane G. Safir of Stovroff & Taylor Realtors. Nechelle will talk about out of state purchases of real estate.    Managing of out of state rental properties to reduce problems of being a landlord. Nechelle talks about the importance of having a property manager to manage your properties if you live out of the area. Diane Safir of Stovroff & Taylor Realtors will talk about buying 1 to 5 family rental units.  Diane will review the process of building a rental property.  The most important item that Diane talked about was getting good tenants for your rentals.

Robinson and airs Thursday March 2, at 10:00 am & 6:30pm and Friday March 3, at 2:00pm, Tuesday March 7, at 8:30 pm, Wednesday March 8 at 5:00 am on Niagara County’s LCTV Channel 20.  The series also airs Wednesday March 1, at 10:35pm on Erie County’s Adelphia Channel 20.
