Lester Robinson of the Northwoods Agency and his guest will be Paul E. Steimle of the MJI Consulting Group LLC talks about how to reduce your personal and commercial assessment on your home or office.  Paul reviews many different way on how to reduce your assessment.  The major point he talks about is to make sure you have your STAR program to reduce your assessment. Also, to get all the discounts possible offered by local, state and federal government. The best advice that Paul gave out on the interview is that the local assessors are your friends and to work with those people.
 
Paul Steimle will explain how to reduce your property taxes on residential and commercial properties. This is a one of a 16 –episode series exploring real estate for the first time buyer topics ranging from the buying tips to how to lower your property taxes, and the future of real estate in Western New York.
