Education: I am currently attending UB, where I am majoring in Management Information Systems. I expect to obtain my undergraduate degree in Fall 2006.
Employment: I have been working at Best Buy in Amherst for two years this coming May. I worked in the computers department as a salesperson for approximately one year, where I was able to put my technological knowledge into use. I advanced from that department to the Geek Squad, where I have been a Counter Intelligence Agent (CIA) for almost a year. I specialize in recommending the “complete solution” to my customers by offering them products and services, including Geek Squad In-Home services, that will best meet their technology needs and simplify their lives. I am also spearheading our store’s transition to the “Best Buy for Biz” program.
