Spring is here and with it, much growth and abundance! I am most pleased that Reiki is being so well received in our little corner of the community and please keep in mind that Reiki sessions are always available by appointment on a sliding fee scale.

REIKI EXCHANGE GROUP
Join us for our monthly Reiki exchange. This informal group is appropriate for all level Reiki healers (newcomers welcome). Meet other healers, give and receive Reiki, which is an excellent way to keep your skills highly tuned as well as your own vibration high and clear. We meet every each 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.; complementary teas and refreshments. LOSS and GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP
If you have lost a loved one to death, divorce or by some other means, come and find comfort in this warm and welcoming group. You are free to share your experiences and feelings or simply observe, as you wish. Facilitated by certified counselors, includes a discussion and brief meditation to invite comfort and solace into your heart.

In our busy and hectic lives, one hour of meditation each week can center and balance us in powerful ways.
