PROGRAM DESIGN:
Day 1 - Pre-assessment combine #1. Posture development for balance and coordination. Day 2 - Speed mechanics for proper running form and sprint application. Day 3 - Fundamental strength and power exercises for the explosive first step Day 4 - Sport specific agility drills over exaggerated with change of direction. Day 5 - Post assessment combine & personal analysis of athletes strength’s and weaknesses.
