This week show will go to Northeast for our program Yoga for relaxing. The interview will be with John Kalisz, Steven Hartman, and Karen Caligiuri. The interview talks about the history of Yoga. The interview also talks about how Yoga helps center your body, and the over all-positive effects Yoga has on your body. How anyone can do Yoga, and safe guards you need to do before doing Yoga. How yoga helps recharge your body, and helps you relax your body. The group also does a mini Yoga work out to show how easy yoga really is.

The dates the programs will be aired will be on Niagara County LCTV channel 20 Tuesday at 8:30 pm, Thursday at 6:30 pm and Fridays at 2:00 pm, and in Erie County Adelphia Channel 20 the time is 10:35 pm Wednesday.
