Rules and Regulations of the Holistic Alliance of WNY

• Members (vendors and practitioners) shall do no harm to their clients or customers. Physically, verbally, or otherwise.

• Members (vendors and practitioners) shall not charge undue fees to their clients are customers.

• Vendors and practitioners shall make no unwarranted claims as to the effectiveness of their products or services. i..e.: Eating tree bark cures cancer.

• This group shall not discriminate against individuals based on race, place of origin, religion, political viewpoints, gender, sexual orientation, experience, age, schools of education and thought.

• Practitioners must be qualified and or certified in their area of expertise and must not violate patient confidentiality, become sexually involved with clients, and/or take advantage of their clients.

• The Holistic Alliance shall not control any individual, practitioner, vendor, group, business, or organization and likewise no individual, practitioner, vendor, group, business, or organization may control the Holistic Alliance. Individuals, practitioners, vendors, groups, businesses, or organizations are free to operate as they choose as long as they abide by universal spiritual law. And all federal and state laws as well.
