PAST LIFE REGRESSION LIFE BETWEEN LIVES with Ken Patti

As a certified Hypnotechnician I have been asked many times to do past life regression for many reasons. Everyone has different interests regarding PLR.
Everything from spiritual contact, healing, discovering who they were in another life, or trying to correct something in a past life they feel affects their present life.  As a hypnotist I am the catalyst between the regressed and the objective. When asked to regress someone I inform them they must first be tested with a number of relaxation techniques to determine their ability to reach subnambulism. That is the deepest desired mental state where the best work can be achieved. 

This likened to REM sleep.

I use a rate of 1 to 10 in determining the ability of the subject to be hypnotized for the purpose of PLR. Years of experience with vast numbers of subjects help me to rate a persons ability. If they score under five, there really is little reason to continue with the program.  80% of the population can be hypnotized. Past Life regression is time consuming. One can expect to spend 3-4 hours in a session.  And PLR is costly for the most part. Rates start at $150.00 and reach $400.00 in some areas.  However for someone searching for all important answers in their lives it is usually well worth the time and expense. 

Before I go any further I must make this very important statement. If you are told a
person is a Hypnotechnician, or especially a Hypnotherapist get positive verification of that claim. A Hypnotechnician should be able to produce a valid certification of the same. A Hypnotherapist should have documented proof of a medical training background.  In thirty years of teaching hypnosis I have been asked only three times to validate my certification. Please, never be fearful or shy about asking for that information.

The facts are, the best results usually come from extended progressive relaxation techniques, and quality deepening techniques to secure the best hypnotic levels possible.
However due to time restraints and sometimes financial restrictions, it is for those occasions we incorporate the mini session, or truncated session. That usually lasts about one and a half hours. You can readily see why the cost is only $25.00. When asked if it works I reply that it does to varied degrees.  Needless to say the full version would be expected to yield the best results, and in great detail. And you can expect to pay $100.

I like the four step session, and often use it with my program.

# 1  Basic Relaxation Techniques
 
  The basics are very simple and effective in setting the mental stage for focus.
   I also refer to it as centering. The stair technique where you see yourself descending ten stairs, one at a time, with each number counted. Looking at a candle flame as a focal point opening and closing your eyes as you count to ten. A very good exercises.

# 2  Progressive Relaxation Techniques

  Using longer and more detailed techniques prepare the physical state
  of complete relaxation.  This state is necessary to achieve our goal of regression.

# 3 Basic Hypnosis

   From the earliest stage of hypnosis to the deepest levels are accomplished here.
   As is all previous techniques repetition is recommended.  Each time you repeat a technique it advances you towards your goal.  Repeat, repeat, repeat.

# 4  Past Life Regression Stage

   Now prepared physically and mentally the subject begins the journey back to a previous lifetime. The dates, times and questions to be asked, all pre discussed start their course.  These events should be recorded on tape from beginning to end. You will want to refer to them after the session and again in the future.
   When the subject arrives at the time of last birth, or new beginning, we switch mental gears. The mental expansion stage takes over, and your mind is highly focused, undisturbed (monoidioism) and very receptive. If your subject is in ossession of good mental visuals and can project imagery the PLR session will be successful.
