 Kevin will review the process of getting an application for the City of Lockport homeowners program.  Kevin will explain how the whole process works. Kevin will explain who can get into this program and what the guide lines are for the home ownership program. Kevin will also explain how the whole grant process works. Also on March 3, 2009 Kevin will be running a program on how the City of Lockport homeowner works.
