Meeting Minutes July 18, 2007

Present: Thomas Baum, Shad Diamond, Clay Dinger, Mary DiPota, Caren Kolerski, Alexandra O’Toole, Alisa Parlette, Marge Reid, Bonnie Roesch, Robert Saviola, Elanie Scheck, Nancy Weil

Membership - We currently have ten paid members. This is not enough to become a not-for-profit corporation and reach our goals of going out to the community and building our businesses. By September we will be making a decision as to whether we move forward or remain a networking group. It is up to you – only by paying your dues can we move the Holistic Alliance into realizing the full spectrum of our dreams.

When the organization becomes a dues paying organization, then the following will go into effect:

• · Anyone may attend a meeting as our guest to check out our group
• · Non-paying members may attend meetings at a fee of $10 per meeting
• · Only dues paying members may participate in advertising and event activities

To build membership, please forward information about the alliance to at least 1-3 interested people that you know. Once we are a formal organization, then we can advertise to the general community for members.

• · National Psychic Guild is holding an expo on Sat. Oct. 13 at the Ramada Inn on North Forest – for more information, contact Robert Saviola
• · Sun. Aug 19 1:00 is our membership picnic at Ellicott Island Park
• · Sat. Sept. 8 1:00 is our one year anniversary party!
• · Sat. Sept. 15 is an open house from 12 – 5 at Ben Nazitto’s acupuncture and wellness center in Clarence
