About Leslie Hello, thanks for stopping in to take a look! I am a registered nurse with, over 16 years, experience in disease, misery, pain and death. During my career, I have worked as a staff nurse (emergency room and cardiac step-down, intensive care and cardiac intensive care units), unit charge nurse, Hospital Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager of Medical/Surgical Services, clinic nurse in Allergy/Immunology and Pain Management and opened two new units (Medical/Surgical and Pain Management) for large corporations. As you can imagine, a lot of my time is spent educating clients on how to avoid illness simply by living healthier. I honestly feel that one cure for disease is health. Daily I tell everyone to lose weight and stop smoking (I did), decrease their stress and tension, get more sleep, do some form of exercise, make better dietary choices and invest in you. Most people try but, it’s difficult. Every day someone tells me to find a way to make ‘healthy’ easier. OK – here it is! I first learned of ear stapling, about a year ago, and like most healthcare professionals thought ‘Yeah-Sure’. When I actually met people who were getting promising results (after ear stapling) I decided to do some research. First, I read everything I could find on ear stapling, acupuncture, acupressure and auricular therapy. Next, I read everything I could find on the people that were offering this service. My conclusion was simple - ear stapling has a high degree of success if, and only if, the person doing the stapling is knowledgeable. I contacted Robin Gibson, RN, founder of Acu-Staple. She taught me to perform this service correctly. I got my ears stapled and lost 6 pounds in two weeks. Combining all my knowledge and training as a Registered Nurse, all my research into acupuncture, acupressure and auricular therapy and all I have been taught about ear stapling I feel certain that I can help you achieve your individual goals and make your transition to health easier, than ever before, without the need for pills or surgery.
