John E. Morgan, B.S., C.P.A
Co-founder, Senior Partner Morgan & Armenia
Before becoming a partner in Morgan & Armenia, John Morgan had thirty years of experience as a senior accountant for Harold Fein, Tax Attorney and C.P.A.
Morgan's specialty is small business and individual accounting and taxation.
John earned his B.S. in Accounting in 1969. In 1980 he became an Enrolled Agent to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983.
John resides in the Allentown section of Buffalo with his wife Linda.
Joseph P. Armenia, Jr., C.P.A., C.S.E.P., M.S. Co-founder, Managing Partner Morgan & Armenia
Joseph Armenia is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, and has a Master of Science Degree in Taxation. He is a member of the AI CPA, NYSSCPA and the IMA.
Joseph is Treasurer of the Boys and Girls Club of the Northtowns ofWNY, is on the Advisory Board of the YWCA of the Tonawandas, is a certified docent for the Darwin Martin House Restoration Corp., and an adjunct faculty member in the Medaille College ACCEL program and Canisius College Wehle School of Business

He resides in Tonawanda with his wife Betty and sons Joseph III and Jack.
